2018 Connecticut Barn Smoker Recap
The 2018 Connecticut Barn Smoker was an unforgettable experience, where hundreds of Drew Estate fans came together to bond over their love of the leaf. Check out our recap video above.
This Barn Smoker experience started a little differently as we faced some challenges with the weather. However, rather than let this damper any spirits we proceeded on by throwing one of the biggest herfs this country has ever seen. 750 people got to enjoy their favorite Liga Privada cigars including the new Liga Privada Corona Viva. Jonathan Drew was on hand meeting and greeting attendees, while Dirty Fabien was rocking the microphone and belting out Sweet Caroline on karaoke.
All the attendees got to enjoy a wide array of beer, spirits, and cocktails from our liquor sponsors including John Drew Brands, Yuengling, Mb Roland Distillery, Diplomatico Rum and Hartford Flavor Liquor. Pairing with the liquor and cigars, our guests got to enjoy a delicious catered lunch from Bear’s BBQ.
All the while, we were holding a raffle for Cigars for Warriors, raffling off 3 Mega Standing Ashtrays and a variety of Liga Privada themed items from Subculture Studios. All told, we raised $16,635.00 which is the most ever raised at a single barn smoker event! Thank you so much to everyone who donated and to all our attendees for making this an unforgettable event.
