ACID Krush 4×32 Pairing Guide
ACID cigars are unique in that they are unique from every other cigar on the market, and each of the infusions offers a unique profile and smoking experience. A great way to experience ACID cigars is by trying an ACID Krush in a 4 x 32 vitola. We are going to be relying on our resident pairing expert and host of Sticks & Sips Frankie Dranks for some killer pairings for some of our favorite tins.
Blue Connecticut– The ACID Blue is the most popular infusion in the ACID Line, with a pleasing aroma and creamy notes, the ACID blue is sure to please. The aromatic mix of premium Nicaraguan tobaccos is perfect in this short format. The herbal profile of the Blue Connecticut will mix well with a botanical spirit like Gin.

Gold Sumatra – The ACID Gold infusion is not as intense on the palate as the blue line but has a more herbal finish. This is a 20-minute smoke perfect for those starting their cigar journey or someone who is looking for a refreshing palate cleansing experience. The light finish of the Gold Sumatra would pair perfectly with a honey whiskey, the sweetness, and spice of the whiskey combining with the botanical nature of the cigar for a match made in heaven.

Green Candela – The ACID Krush Green Candela highlights a candela wrapper with the blue infusion. Candela-wrapped cigars are produced by curing the wrapper quickly to keep the green color in the leaf. This creates notes of wheatgrass and hay. When the candela wrapper meets the blue infusion you are left with a complex profile of sweet and wheat. The notes of wheat and hay pair well with the grainey profile of an Irish Whiskey.

Morado Maduro- The ACID Purple Infusion is the richest of the ACID line, with dark rich tobaccos and a full-bodied infusion. There are notes of rich stone fruit and leather with an earthy finish. This is a perfect after-dinner smoke if you are short on time. The rich taste of the ACID Purple line and the full flavor of cognac is a great match for each other, especially if you are limited on time.
