In this 17th episode of Drew Estate Pairings, we matched up The Bruery Black Tuesday Imperial Stout with our Natural Root. The Black Tuesday is an unbelievably intense imperial stout clocking in at almost 19% ABV, but the Natural held its own. The pairing was actually quite tasty.
