DE25 Postponement FAQ

Q: Why has DE25 been postponed?
A: We are postponing DE25 because we believe this is a necessary step to protect the health and safety of our consumers, our business partners, and our team members in view of the current rapid spread of the COVID-19 Delta Variant.

Q: Is DE25 cancelled or postponed? If postponed, when will it be rescheduled?
A: DE25 is being postponed, not cancelled. We plan to reschedule our DE25 celebration as soon as circumstances allow, hopefully in 2022. Since we don’t know at this time exactly when we will be able to reschedule, we are providing full refunds to all those who purchased tickets directly from Drew Estate, and all such ticket purchasers will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets for the rescheduled DE25 event.

Q: How do I get a refund for my DE25 ticket?
A1: If you purchased a DE25 ticket directly from Drew Estate through Eventbrite, your refund will be automatically processed, and your refund will be returned to the payment method used to purchase your tickets.

A2: If you purchased a DE25 ticket from your local retailer or third party as part of a table, Drew Estate is only able to refund DE25 tickets purchased directly from Drew Estate through Eventbrite. If you purchased your tickets for DE25 through a retailer or third party, you must obtain your refund directly from the original purchaser who purchased the tickets from Drew Estate.

Q: Will I get refunded for the Fees on Evenbrite.com?
A: Yes, you will get fully refunded (Ticket price + Fees) because this is a COVID related cancellation.

Q: What if my Credit Card Number has changed?
A: If your payment information has changed (e.g. lost or replaced Credit Card), you must contact the bank or financial institution that issued the credit card to process a refund.

Q: What about my Hotel/Airline arrangements?
A: Please contact your travel provider and request a refund/cancellation or credit based on your current needs.

Q: Will I be able to use my DE25 ticket in 2022?
A: No, tickets will be fully refunded; ticket holders for 2021 will have access to early bird ticket sales in 2022.

Q: If I bought a ticket for DE25 will I be receiving the cigars that I would have gotten at the event?
A: No, you will be receiving a full refund for your ticket purchase, and you will not receive any cigars.

Q: If I bought a ticket for DE25 will I be receiving the swag that I would have gotten at the event?
A: No, you will be receiving a full refund for your ticket purchase, and you will not receive any swag.
