Drew Estate’s 20 Acre Farm Toro Named No. 5 Cigar of the Year by Cigars & Spirits Magazine

Drew Estate’s 20 Acre Farm Toro (6 x 52) has won yet another ranking in the collective cigar media’s Top 25 cigars lists for 2022. Cigars & Spirits magazine, a leading luxury and lifestyle publication that covers the premium cigar and spirits industries, has named 20 Acre Farm Toro as its fifth best cigar for 2022.

Drew Estate makes 20 Acre Farm at its La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua, using a velvety Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade Grown wrapper, a Sun Grown Habano binder from Honduras, and a filler blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa and Florida Sun Grown, an opulent and majestic tobacco, that takes center stage in 20 Acre Farm.

Drew Estate introduced 20 Acre Farm during its Nov. 11, 2021 “Freestyle Live: Special Edition” broadcast. Leading up to the unveiling, Drew Estate had sold 20 Acre Farm as the mystery cigar in its Freestyle Live pre-packs. Since its release, 20 Acre Farm has received numerous plaudits from consumers, retailers and journalists, and being named No. 5 in Cigars & Spirits magazine’s Top 25 Cigars of 2022 is the latest honor for the ultra-premium cigar brand. In announcing 20 Acre Farm’s No. 5 ranking, the magazine wrote:

“This is a unique Drew Estate offering that includes Florida sun-grown tobacco cultivated on a 20-acre plot in the Sunshine State. The flavorful notes of oak and cedar along with citrus and white pepper present an expertly blended taste profile. The finish is long and velvety.”

This is the second time 20 Acre Farm Toro has been listed in a cigar magazine’s 2022 Top 25 list. Cigar Journal has ranked the cigar as its No. 14 smoke for 2022. 20 Acre Farm Robusto has also been ranked, garnering the No. 17 position in Cigar Snob magazine’s 2022 list. Available to all premium cigar retailers nationwide, 20 Acre Farm cigars are packaged in beautiful 20-count boxes and are available in three vitolas: Toro (6 x 52); Robusto (5 ¼ x 54); and Gordito (6 x 60).
