Jonathan Drew Sann and Drew Estate Announce New Partnership
Drew Estate is proud to announce a new partnership with its founder Jonathan Drew Sann: J.SANN & SON. Comprised of a family cigar factory and brand, world-class cigar bar, live music venue, and full kitchen supper club that exists under one 7,200 sq. ft. roof in Wynwood, Florida. J.SANN & SON resides at 359 NW 28th Street, Miami, Florida, 33127 in the heart of the Wynwood Art District, and will open in Spring 2026.
J.SANN & SON is the next chapter of the Jonathan Drew story within Drew Estate. Built as a “generational establishment,” J.SANN & SON was inspired by the birth of Jonathan’s son and marks a new level of relationship between Drew Estate and its founder.
“Every iconic brand has an origin story,” says Sann. “Ours is built upon family, loyalty, and purpose. It’s a beautiful founder forward story – as the culmination of thirty years building Drew Estate matures into the generational ritual of the passing of the torch with the birth of my son, Jonathan Drew Sann II (JD2).”
CEO of Drew Estate, Glenn Wolfson had this to say on the announcement of this landmark partnership and venue, “I am extraordinarily excited and proud of this new venture, which is a direct result of the mutual loyalty between Drew Estate and Jonathan and begins a new chapter in our collective commitment to innovating for consumers.”
Capable of producing just 500 handmade cigars per day, the J.SANN & SON family factory will serve as an innovative and creative home base for JD and a hub for partnerships with cigar industry friends, brands, and companies. Located just four blocks from JD’s home, Jonathan will be continuously immersed in all facets of J.SANN & SON’s factory and cigar culture center. Jonathan said, “It will be like when I first opened Drew Estate and spent years sleeping on the factory floor. This is truly a full circle moment.”
The J.SANN & SON venue will open in Spring 2026, while the family factory and website will become operational later in 2026. Jonathan’s family factory brands will be available to purchase in person at the Wynwood venue and online at www.jsannandson.com
Additionally, Drew Estate plans to distribute J.SANN & SON manufactured brands on an extremely exclusive basis due to the production limitation of 500 cigars daily.
J.SANN & SON will also offer a curated selection of cigars both in-store and online from the world’s biggest cigar brands, boutiques, and new discoveries. The cigar selection is made exclusively of brands with personal meaning to founder Jonathan Drew Sann, serving as a selected snapshot of the cigars that demand celebration in the modern-day marketplace.
The J. SANN & SON bar and kitchen features a world-class cocktail and supper club menu led by Michelin-star chef Julia Ning, who opened Goosefoot, an acclaimed French modernist restaurant in Chicago. Chef Ning promises to deliver a palette of flavors and a culinary perspective unlike anything previously seen in a cigar-centric venue.
In addition, J.SANN & SON will offer an exclusive space to share deep, immersive brand experiences, entertaining visitors with live music and experiential evenings designed to foster community and welcome cigar enthusiasts from all walks of life. Live performances at J.SANN & SON will celebrate brand stories and share the rawest, most impactful aspects of founders’ journeys.
