As each month passed, and then years, Nicaraguan coffee heritage played an ever-increasing role in my life. Countless visits to coffee farms throughout the Segovia region and even deeper North into San Juan del Rio Coco drove my earliest inspiration to bring together the worlds of premium cigar and coffee production. Tabak Especial defines that curious and creative culmination at a serious and significant crossroads – opening the door for a new way to think and a new acceptance for collaboration at a primitive, earnest farming and manufacturing level.”
